Zanib Ahmad is a multidisciplinary artist and designer. Trained in studio art, she maintains a research-driven independent practice that uses color, prose, and textiles to explore history, architecture, and diasporic narratives through material, pattern, and form. Raised in Kensington, Brooklyn, her work is informed by the borough’s vibrant, ever-evolving energy and spans painting, photography, sculpture, and digital media. Her practice examines dualities such as community and isolation, feminism and traditional gender roles, and urban chaos and natural serenity, emphasizing inclusivity, accessibility, and social transformation through thoughtful collaboration with artists, institutions, and public agencies.​​
